27 Pelican Drive has been our family's home since we built it in 1982. We are the original owners, and we have been blessed with over four decades of cherished memories on Bluefish Harbor. Our home is a happy and cozy one, filled with love and laughter. We watched our children grow up here, and we are now watching our grandchildren do the same. Our home has been the backdrop to some of the most treasured moments of four generations of our family.
When we share our home with you, we want you to enjoy your stay and make your own wonderful memories. Our goal is for 27 Pelican Drive to be your home away from home. We provide additional amenities to enhance your stay—such as kayaks, paddle/surfboards, rafts, large private dock, private boat slip, beach gear, bikes, books, games, movies, a whole home audio system, a large awning and a relaxing hammock.
We are dog friendly and consider renting to families with fur babies, so long as the dog is house-trained and well-behaved. Our dock's swim ladder is for humans and dogs, so water dogs will be in swimming heaven.
Safety is a priority. We have a collection of lifejackets for you to use, ranging in size from Infant to Adult humans and Yorkie to Labrador Retriever dogs. We have a gate that blocks off the ramp to the dock when needed. Our yard is also fenced in, which enhances child and canine safety.
We invite you to vacation at our home in Avalon, as this bayfront truly offers something magical every day. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets, coastal wildlife, water activities and sports, and the incomparable breeze & sound of water that make outdoor lounging and dining a heavenly experience.
